Our client is looking for a target driven Senior Negotiator to work across the Farnborough area on behalf of a very well-established Estate Agency.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Senior Negotiator to promote and sell new homes into private clients on behalf of a fantastic estate agency in Farnborough.
In the role, the Senior Negotiator will be responsible for exceeding expectations of clients and making sure every aspect of a new home meets their client’s requirements. You will be expected to build strong client relationships as well as managing the aftercare of the client and continually endorse the company’s fantastic reputation.
The perfect candidate for the Senior Negotiator position will have the following qualities and experience:
- A strong & knowledgeable background within sales negotiation
- A proven track record of hitting set targets/KPI’s
- Familiarity within an estate agency role
- A drive for success
- Polished & well-presented
You will possess a positive, professional way of thinking, as well as being creative and always thinking of ways to improve the service you offer. You will be competitive, organised and have an adaptable personality to ensure you can offer the best service to every client you are dealing with.
Based in Farnborough, the company is a reputable estate agent’s and was established 10 years ago. They are a very well established company, and they can offer a huge level of progression and stability for the right candidate.
Working hours: 08:30 – 18:30 Monday – Saturday with one day off in the week.
The basic salary for the Senior Negotiator is within a range of £16,000 – £20,000 per annum dependant on experience, plus uncapped commission. In addition to this fantastic salary, the company also offers a car allowance. This is an extremely exciting opportunity and the benefits are endless.
