Job Title: Senior Project Manager, Enterprise Software
Location: West Midlands (UK, European and Global travel)
Salary: £55,000 to £60,000

This an excellent opportunity to join a Global Software/ERP company in a role that offers excellent training and opportunities for development.
You will manage all aspects of both smaller as well as large complex long term ERP projects to ensure successful completion both in the UK and globally.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, with agreed upon scope and will serve as focal point for communication to upper management, other departments and across project teams on all project information such as project status, project changes, project risks and technical information.
You will organise and execute projects by defining a project development strategy, identifying the roles and responsibilities of key project groups, allocating project resources to meet project goals, identifying project risks and mitigation strategy, and developing a project schedule with key milestones.
Key experience required
You will have extensive experience in project management having worked for an ERP or Enterprise Software House previously.
You will have managed the implementation of multiple ERP systems based at client sites both in the UK and abroad.
You will have excellent organisational, leadership, decision making and written and oral communications skills. You will have the capacity to become the trusted customer advisor and influencer by creating the required relationships and positively influence strategies and business directions in customers.
An understanding of the manufacturing environment, user needs, technological developments and trends is desirable.

We would expect you to be living within a reasonable commutable distance of the West Midlands head office although the majority of your time will be spent on client sites in the UK, Europe and beyond.
