My client are a reputable, well established Nursing and Care provider with offices based in Warwickshire and Shropshire. They now have a very rare opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Advisor to join their existing team at their office based in Leaming Spa. The purpose of the role is to lead a team of 2 other long serving Recruitment Advisors and assist in filling nursing bookings for the company at various public & private nursing establishments such as; Hospitals, Nursing Homes and within the community.
The position will be a fast paced leadership post with a focus on placing nurses that are registered with the agency with external clients. Clients range from public and private sector hospitals, nursing homes and clients based in the community requiring clinical care in their own homes. The nurses will be sourced via the resourcing team and passed over to you and your advisors who will be responsible for interviewing, checking certificates/qualifications, NMC Pins and DBS documents to ensure they are ready to be sent out to work. You will be the point of contact for clients who require nursing staff and will be committed to building and maintaining these relationships with your external stakeholders.
Other duties will include;
- Interviewing potential nursing staff and assigning them to jobs relevant to their skill set
- Checking qualifications, Nursing Pins and DBS certificates to ensure staff are able to work in the settings you are placing them in
- Leading a team of 2 Recruitment Advisors and ensuring they are following company policies and procedures
- Adhering to CQC and clinical regulatory standards of care and ensuring compliance at all times
- Working to company KPIs and SLAs with external stakeholders
- Report writing and presenting, working to KPIs and maintaining the highest care standards at all times
The ideal candidate must have previous experience of working in Recruitment, specifically recruiting nursing staff. You will have proven history of filling bookings and working in a fast paced environment. You will have good leadership skills and will have a strong belief in leading by example, you will be a pro-active recruiter who has successfully developed and maintained client relationships through excellent account management abilities.
This would be an ideal role for a Recruitment Consultant who is keen to recruit from a different perspective and is keen to progress to a leadership level.
