Due to expansion we are seeking to develop our already established Engineering and Construction recruitment business through the recruitment of an experienced, career motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant.
The Job
Working in one of the teams and being given a warm desk you will be responsible for:
- Sourcing new opportunities with both new clients and existing clients
- Advertising, sourcing and assessing potential candidates for the roles
- Managing the interview and feedback process
- Potentially taking responsibility for a junior consultant
- Achieving individual and team targets
- Deputising for the Team Leader
- Keep the CRM system up-to-date
The Person
We need someone who is dynamic, has great attention to detail and has experience within the recruitment field. Ideally we would like this to be in either the Technical, Engineering or Consturction sectors, but the most important thing is hiring someone who is used to recruitment in a professional and multi-tasking environment
We need someone capable of doing the 360 degree role, someone who will lead by example and understands the permanent recruitment process.
