- Competitive salary of £30,056 per annum, plus £70 per sleep-in allowance
- 2 days on, 4 days off shift pattern

The Role:
As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the welfare and care of each child while providing guidance to the care team.
- Lead and support the care team during shifts
- Ensure all tasks and activities are completed effectively
- Conduct shift health and safety checks
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during shifts
- Shadow the Deputy/Registered Manager to enhance leadership skills
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Support Worker role will have:
- Experience as a strong Support Worker, preferably in a senior position
- Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce
- Ability to lead and support a team effectively
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and support
