My client based in an amazing rural setting of Cranbrook, is currently recruiting for Senior Support Workers, Support workers and night Staff due to an expansion within the business.
The home is made up of over 22 beds and is a service for Adults with Learning Disabilities offering Independent living and day care services.
To direct and supervise staff and residents while on shift and to ensure that staff understand their tasks in order that they can contribute to the smooth running of the shift.
To hold weekly/monthly meetings with team members to support and problem solve.
To ensure residents records and files are up to date and completed during shifts.
To assist in arranging appointments, notifying other agencies and cancelling when it becomes necassary.
To sleep in as necessary and perform on call duties as required.
To administer residents drug’s as per the drugs policy.
You will have relevant experience within the Care sector at Senior or Support level.
Ideally you be qualified to NVQ Health and Social Care level 2 or above or equivalent.
To be expected to work on a shift pattern of 4 days one week and 6 days the following week, including weekends.
Flexible to work earlies, late, sleeps and waking nights.
