Job Title: Senior Web Developer
Location: Tamworth
Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 – Dependant on experience
The Role
A large, well known and industry leading organisation are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Web Developer to join their existing multi-disciplinary Software Development department.
This is a growing development team within an expanding and thriving organisation. You will work amongst other highly talented Web Developers, Software Developers, Business Analysts and Software Testers. They have a highly collaborative and supportive software development team that welcomes new ideas and interests.
You will report into the Development Team Leader and will be responsible for Designing, Developing and Modifying the organisations range of Web Applications and Software Products.
As a Senior Developer, you will also help mentor and develop less experienced Developers.
Experience Required
You will be an experienced Web Developer with extensive demonstrable experience of working in a similar role. You will have strong experience of developing web applications in C# and/ or VB.Net. You’ll also have experienced ASP.NET MVC. They also need you to have strong working knowledge of Web API and API design and good experienced of JavaScript frameworks, including JavaScript MVVM frameworks.
Skills required;
- Demonstrable commercial experience of developing Web Applications in C# or VB.Net
- Web Development experience in ASP.NETMVC
- Web API and API Design
- CSS3 & HTML5
- Experience of using JavaScript frameworks, including MVVM Frameworks.
- T-SQL, SQL Server (2008 onwards) and relational database design
