Our client is a large and fast-growing retail company based in Warrington. They offer excellent training and invest in their employees wherever possible. Their aim is to progress someone with little knowledge of IT and build them up to be an IT Specialist.

There are multiple progression routes, including their Infrastructure and IT Operations team which will open up the opportunity to work on projects as well as BAU support.

Talk me through the role…

In this role, you will be covering both 1st and 2nd Line Support enquiries for any of their 2500 internal users.

This will include:

  • Active Directory
  • Exchange
  • Office 365
  • Citrix
  • ERP Software

Am I a Good Fit?

This role will best suit someone who has an outgoing personality and the ability to be precise and straight to the point when required. Someone who has worked within a fast-paced 1st Line Support role on a service desk would be ideal.

To be considered for this role you need to have:

  • Outgoing personality and the ability to be precise and straight to the point
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Exchange and Active Directory
  • Passion for IT and a clear drive to learn and develop a long-lasting career
