Salary: £22,928 – £23,155 Per Annum
6 Month Contract with the potential of going permanent
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced domiciliary Service Manager to work for our well established client on a 6 month contract.
This is an established service with a solid team in place delivering a reasonable number of care hours throughout Leeds. We need a dedicated Service Manager with a strong domiciliary care background, who can manage a dedicated staff team of 10 – 12 carers and assist with developing the service. Your main objective is to ensure that the care staffs are delivering excellent care to the service users and the service remains on excellent terms with CQC / Local Authorities.

- Responsible for all staff – to plan, allocate and evaluate the workload of all staff
- Build and maintain relationships with local authorities
- Recruit, select and effectively supervise staff team
As the Service Manager you will be experienced in dealing with service users with learning disabilities and have a history of performing a similar role. You will preferably hold NVQ level 5 and be a Registered Manager although this is not essential.
Our client has a fantastic reputation and is a well-established care provider. They provide support from 5 hours per week to 24:7 support including support on a 2:1 staffing ratio.
