Location: Stoke on Trent
I have an excellent opportunity for a Service Manager for a brand new extra care scheme in Stoke on Trent. The position comes with an excellent salary and benefits including enhanced annual leave, company sick pay, pension and childcare vouchers
The main purpose of the role is to ensure that residents receive an excellent service within an extra care setting enabling them to live as independently as possible. You will have full day to day management responsibility of the staff team including staff recruitment, induction, training and performance management. This is a brand new service and offers supported living for older people in a luxurious setting.
You will be an experienced Social Care Manager with knowledge of the elderly care sector. You will have strong leadership skills and have a stable work history and you will have experience of managing staff, supervisions and appraisals. You will have sound knowledge of budgets and finances along with good IT skills. You will hold a relevant social care qualification along with excellent knowledge of regulatory standards
