The role is for a Female Service Manager of a supported living service for three ladies with learning disabilities. As a Service Manager you will lead by example, provide management support and build community relationships. You will be responsible for compliance,, health and safety and referrals. You will not be expected to register with the CQC

The successful candidate for the Service Manager role:
- Must be female.
- Experience at a management level in a social care setting.
- Have a positive attitude and understand of mental health and learning disabilities.
- Have experience of working in line with CQC requirements.
- A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Social Care, preferably NVQ 4 or 5 in Social Care Management
The Service Manager role will suit candidates who are experienced Care Home Managers, Residential Care Managers, Registered Managers, Service Managers, Deputy Managers, Supported Living Managers.
