I am recruiting for a Service Manager to join my client and take responsibility for opening a brand new service for adults with complex needs and learning disabilities in the Birkenhead area.
The appointed Service Manager will be rewarded with a company discount scheme (high street shops, supermarkets etc.), sick pay, mileage, training, funding for NVQ’s and much more.
This role will continue to develop as you will be expected to work with your Area Manager and open more new services in and around the locality.
As Service Manager your duties will include, but are not limited too;
- Complete staff supervisions
- Liaise with the referrals team and assist where needed
- Work with the Regional Recruiter to build a new staff team
- Oversee placements and ensure that individual is receiving the appropriate level of care and support
I am keen to speak to people who have worked within a similar environment, ideally at a Deputy Manager or Team Leader level and are qualified to NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care as minimum.
Experience of working with people who have learning disabilities and/or complex needs would be a distinct advantage.
A Driving License isn’t essential however would be preferred
