We are currently recruiting for a dedicated service manager for a highly respected client. The role will involve overseeing 2 supported living services in Skipton and Settle.
Along with the competitive basic salary that is on offer you will be well supported within your role and have excellent progression opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
–Overseeing 2 supported living services that cater for individuals with Learning disabilities.
–Ensuring that the company’s policies and procedures are fully and consistently implemented.
–Assisting in the recruiting and training of staff in order to develop the workforce to meet requirements.
–Ensuring that care plans are being effectively communicated to care workers and that workers understand their responsibilities and duties.
–Creating rotas and care plans.
–Must be a Registered Manager.
– Must have at least 3 years of experience in a care environment.
–Will be fun and vibrant with an open minded approach to creating activities for service users.
–Will have had prior experience of working with individuals with Learning Disabilities.
–Sound knowledge of care management issues.
A Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle is essential for this position
