Supported Living Service
Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 + bonus, pension and other attractive benefits
Location: Isle of Wight
I have a fabulous opportunity for a Care Manager to join a national organisation at one of their supported living services in on the Isle of Wight. The position is a permanent, full time role paying up to £26,000 per annum depending on experience. The role comes with an excellent benefits package including bonus, pension, sick pay, healthcare and enhanced annual leave.
The role is based in a supported living service for adults with learning disabilities and some complex needs.
There are many duties involved in the role of Home Manager including:
- Ensuring all staff deliver positive and measurable outcomes for the people we support
- Ensuring that compliance with regulatory requirements and national minimum standards is met
- Reviewing care and support plans and ensuring service users are receiving the highest quality of care
- Budgeting and finance
- Ensure staff receive required levels of supervision, training and support to enable them to carry out their role effectively
The successful candidate will be experienced in working with adults with learning disabilities and behaviour that challenges. You will be used to working to a person centred approach and will be able to deliver positive outcomes to service users. You must have management experience and you will hold or be working towards QCF Level 5 or equivalent.
