Shift Supervisor – Food Production

Our client is a well-established supplier of premium, fresh and added value food products and due to steady growth they are looking for a Shift Supervisor to work from their site in Hull.

The Role
The Production Supervisor will ensure that the production areas within the business are managed and controlled so that production schedules are completed in the required time and at the right quality parameters.

You will take responsibility for improving line efficiencies, the control of production/packing and labour costs and adherence to quality and hygiene standards, whilst driving the continuous improvement agenda throughout the production site.

The Candidate
The Shift Supervisor will need to:

-have 3 years food production experience
– be highly organised and motivated
– have excellent communication skills
-demonstrate the ability to adapt to change quickly and effectively
– be abie to analyse problems, identify and manage solutions

The Company

The role may be suitable if you have a background as a Shift Supervisor, Shift Planner or Production Supervisor.

It is likely candidates will be commutable from Hull, Grimsby, York and Scunthorpe.
