We’re currently looking to recruit a talented and experienced Shop Fitting professional for our client, the UK’s leading and best-known food on the go retailer. You would play a key role leading the company’s extensive new shop opening and refit programme across the West Midlands.
If you can demonstrate a high standard of project management experience ideally gained within a similar role in a fast-paced retail environment, with a passion for delivering new shops and refits of excellent quality, then you could be perfect for our client and we’d love to hear from you.
As an integral part of the Shop Fitting team, you would focus on project managing new shop and refit projects for a number of shops across the West Midlands, ensuring that all work is completed on time, in budget, and falls in line with brand standards. You will supervise the work of less experienced members of the team, managing the planning of project activities, assigning activities, and monitoring work on-site. Extensive travel will be required as part of this role.
The ideal candidates for the role will be an experienced Project Manager and must possess a strong attention to detail as well as excellent communication, planning and organisational skills. Previous experience either in a shopfitting or construction-based role is essential.
You’ll be very used to liaising with third parties (internal and external relationships) plus supervising the work of a large team. It’s essential that you are familiar with the AutoCAD Lt software, and you will also be proficient in IT (Word, Excel, Outlook ETC).
This role may be suitable for you if you have a background working as a Shop Fitting Manager, Shopfitting Assistant, Assistant Shopfitting Manager, Retail Project Manager, Project Manager, Shop Fitter.
A salary of circa £35,000 is on offer for the Shop Fitting Project Manager position.
