Due to expansion, our client is looking for a Showroom Manager to work within their Brentford Branch supplying and designing bathrooms to both private clients and businesses.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Showroom Manager to sell exquisite bathrooms on behalf of a successful business.
In the role, the Showroom Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the Showroom and generate new business. You will be expected to contribute to financial success and growth of the organisation by providing exceptional, unique, first class experience for the customers visiting the showroom.
The perfect candidate for the Showroom Manager position will have the following qualities and experience:
- A strong & knowledgeable background within Showroom Sales
- Good understanding of trade and retail industries, particularly within bathroom or interior design, installation and related fields.
- The ability to manage and lead a team.
- A proven track record of hitting set targets/KPI’s
- Excellent communication skills
- A drive for success
You will possess a positive, professional way of thinking, as well as being creative and always thinking of ways to improve the service you offer. You will be calm, organised and have an adaptable personality to ensure you can offer the best service to every client you are dealing with and be able to push your team to their best ability.

The basic salary for the Showroom Manager is up to £30,000 dependant on experience, plus uncapped commission and manager’s bonus! They offer the industry’s best sales commission and bonus structure, in addition to a great working environment and inspiring team!
Working hours are spread across 40 hours per week on a rota basis which includes 1 weekend a month.
