Due to expansion, our client is looking for a Showroom Sales Assistant to work within their Richmond Branch supplying and designing bathrooms to both private clients and businesses.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to sell exquisite bathrooms on behalf of a successful business.
In the role, the Sales Assistant will be responsible for dealing with clients face to face and over the phone by offering guidance and taking care of the whole sales process. You will be expected to produce new business as well as maintaining existing business by upselling and promoting other products that the company have on offer.
The perfect candidate for the Sales Assistant position will have the following qualities and experience:
- A strong & knowledgeable background within Showroom Sales
- Good understanding of trade and retail industries, particularly within bathroom or interior design, installation and related fields.
- A proven track record of hitting set targets/KPI’s
- Excellent communication skills
- A drive for success
You will possess a positive, professional way of thinking, as well as being creative and always thinking of ways to improve the service you offer. You will be calm, organised and have an adaptable personality to ensure you can offer the best service to every client you are dealing with.

The basic salary for the Sales Assistant is up to £25,000 dependant on experience, plus uncapped commission! They offer the industry’s best sales commission and bonus structure, in addition to a great working environment and inspiring team!
Working hours are spread across 40 hours per week on a rota basis which includes 1 weekend a month.
