Site Engineer – House Builder
c. £35k

I am looking for a very talented Site Engineer to join one of the country’s leading house builders.

Our client comprises four distinct brands, all of which contribute to making this one of the most exciting house builders in the UK, ideally placed to influence all sectors of the industry.

Specifically the Site Engineer will be responsible for:

• Setting out
• Levelling for Drainage works
• part of design and planning process
• Liaising with land and construction staff at all levels

The successful candidate will ideally be educated to HNC/HND level or above, the candidate must be fully conversant with AutoCAD software and capable of producing engineering information to a high standard.

You will also have excellent interpersonal skills, being able to coordinate the full range of consultants and local authority representatives involved in the design and planning process including both highway and drainage adoption.

The role may be suitable if you have previous experience of being a Site Engineer or Setting out Engineer with a house builder or a civil engineering consultancy.
