A well-established family run care company are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to ‘join the family’.
The role is for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee three medium sized residential care homes proving care to older people. The registered managers for the individual homes will report into you. You will be the ‘right hand man/ women’ to the company director. You will be expected to work autonomously, however, having clear communication with the company Director.
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000.
This is a family run business who have a long established staff team. A friendly atmosphere for both the residents and the staff team is important to company director who describes them as a company ‘who really care’.
The successful candidate for the Operations Manager role will be confident in their ability to work at a strategic level ensuring that the company meet their contractual agreements:
- Have experience in a role at operational level.
- Ideally have a background of management in residential care.
- Have experience of working in line with CQC requirements.
- Have a full UK driving licence.
