Job Title: SQL Systems Support Consultant
Location: Tamworth
Daily Rate: £20,000 – £25,000
Benefits: Company Pension, 25 days holiday rising to 35
A highly innovative, vibrant and well-known organisation based in an excellent location are looking to recruit a SQL Systems Support Consultant with experience in the support of SQL and Software Implementation projects.
You will be a key member of the implementation services team, working closely with the Implementation Services Manager, Project Managers, Project Consultants and other software support analysts.
You will have experience in a technical support role supporting SQL, ideally in a software house environment. You will be highly driven, with high attention to detail and will have exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal. Ideally you will have customer/client facing experience in an IT/ technical capacity.
You’ll be tasked with managing the end-to-end process of customer/client data conversions. You’ll be writing, testing and running SQL Scripts as required. You’ll provide a ‘trouble-shooting’ support service to customer implementations. You’ll also assist in providing customer training and product configuration.
Requirements:
- Software/ Application Support experience
- SQL skills – ideally with experience of writing, testing and running SQL scripts
- Experience of supporting software implementation projects
- Experience in delivering customer/ end user system training.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ideally, you will have experience of working within the Fleet/ Leasing industry and have a Software/ Application support background.
