Based in Bicester
Salary: £20,000 – £22,000 + excellent benefits
One of the UK’s most recognisable and established high street names are currently looking to recruit a Manager for their Bicester store. Reporting to the District Manager, you would be responsible for driving profitability and delivering the business objectives of the store through leading and developing a team that provides outstanding customer service and possesses exceptional selling skills.
As the senior member of staff at the store you would be responsible for…
o Recruiting, developing and motivating a high calibre team
o Promoting a high standard of visual merchandising throughout the store
o Managing Health & Safety issues
o Developing and implementing loss prevention controls
o Ensuring compliance with up to date retail and employment legislation
o Previous retail management experience within a high street retail and customer service environment.
o Strong leadership and coaching skills plus excellent sales ability and commercial acumen.
o A versatile and flexible individual with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
o Excellent organisational skills and multi-tasking ability
o Creative and able to demonstrate excellent visual merchandising skills and the ability to shape a store around delivering a first-class customer journey.
