Support Team Leader
Learning Disabilities / Residential
Salary: up to £9.19 per hour
Hours: Flexible Hours / Shifts
We are seeking Support Team Leaders to lead a new team of Supporters who deliver support / care to people with Autism based in Leyland.
Our approach to support is person-centred with each person we support having a support team designed to complement their interests and needs.
Support Team Leader
Our Support Team Leaders are responsible for the day to day running of the service, including rota management, supervising the staff team, monitoring support plans and daily documents, liaising with families and external professionals and managing the people we supports finances with them. There is also a requirement to undertake on-call duties.
We welcome applications from people who have previous supervisory experience within a similar environment and who possess NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
