Female Support Worker
Learning Disabilities / Complex Needs
Salary: £12,709.12 to £13,672.94 p.a. pro rata
Hours: 30 per week
Location: Nuneaton

We are looking for caring, innovative, flexible individuals with a good sense of humour and excellent communication skills to work within the community changing the lives of vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

As a support worker you will work alongside an established support team who work alongside clients in the community to ensure they can live as independently as possible. The residents have a range of disabilities / complex needs including Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviour and mental health issues.

Support workers promote a supportive and caring environment, as part of a team, providing practical assistance and emotional support enabling service users to achieve their desired level of self-sufficiency and integrate into the community.

This is a highly rewarding role where you will work alongside an ever changing customer group, helping, rehabilitating and developing every customer you come into contact with.

• Flexible to work on a rolling rota and within a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Driver preferable but not essential
