You will be primarily responsible for assisting clients in all aspects of physical and emotional care enabling them to achieve the lifestyle of their choice.
You’ll be tasked with the following:
– Promoting and encouraging independence
– Safeguarding vulnerable people in your care whilst ensuring you are following policy and procedures
– Light domestic tasks
What experience do I need?
My client wants someone who’s got experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities.
They’ll also need you to have experience of supporting individuals that express challenging behaviour.
In addition, it’s essential that you possess a clear enhanced children and adults DBS or be prepared to apply for one.

What can I earn?
This Support Worker position offers an attractive basic salary of up to £8.72 per hour for the perfect candidate. You also have the ability to earn overtime in this role.
