We are seeking Support Workers to work with a leading provider of supported living services and residential homes in Northumberland. The service we require Support Workers for is made up of 28 self-contained purpose built bungalows which provides support for adults who have challenging behaviour and are on the autistic spectrum.

The Role;

As the Support Worker you will take an active role in enhancing the life of the people we support by following detailed support plans and a personalised Pathway. You are also encouraged to promote further independence and explore new opportunities whilst ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
