Shifts: Flexible hours, may include working daytimes, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Driver and own transport required due to rural locations.

We can offer as little or as many hours required working with vulnerable adults with Learning Disabilities in the community.
The right candidate must be caring, innovative, flexible individual with a good sense of humour and excellent communication skills who will be changing the lives of vulnerable adults with learning disabilities.
In this role, you will offer support to people in their own homes or out in the community, which could include motivating people to eat healthily, take exercise or offering a listening ear to people needing emotional support. You will be required to support with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals.
This is a highly rewarding role where you will work alongside an ever changing customer group, helping and developing every customer you come into contact with to enable them to achieve their personal goals.
Your role as a Support Worker is to ensure that the customer lives as independently as possible, whether it’s at home, in the community, collage / education or at work.
• Flexible to work on a rolling rota and within a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be a driver with own car
