Community and Residential Support Workers
Starting hourly rate of £7.25 per hour rising to £7.50 after probation
Night hourly rate of £8.25 per hour
Our Client is a forward thinking progressive organisation that has won three Dignity in Care Awards and currently Investor in People award.
They are looking for passionate support workers that can join their team, offering support to their clients who have a range of learning disabilities.
• Experience of delivering outstanding care to adults with learning disabilities ideally
• Experience in working within a team environment
• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willing to work towards this
• Flexibility to work all types of shifts patterns as 24 hour care (may involve sleep-ins)
• Working to the service users’ care plans.
• Experience in demonstrating domestic skills
• Any knowledge of Makaton is an advantage
It is important that you hold a UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle for these positions.
This company has been established for 20 years and works closely with the National Autistic Society. Due to expansion we are now recruiting additional Support Workers to join our friendly team. They have a variety of care services, including a learning disability residential home and supported living services. This company has also achieved the Investors in Excellence Award.
