Support Workers – Part Time

Salary: £12,709.13 – £13,672.94pa
Shifts: Monday to Sunday, 09:00 to 18:30
We are looking for caring, innovative, flexible individuals with a good sense of humour and excellent communication skills to support vulnerable adults who live in 6 individual flats based in Kettering.
Your role as a Support Worker is to ensure that the client lives as independently as possible, whether in their own home; or out in the community supporting them with their finances, shopping or going to the cinema etc. Other support also required is to prompt customers to take their medication and assist with household chores
This is a highly rewarding role where you will work alongside an ever changing customer group, helping, rehabilitating and developing every customer you come into contact with.
