Salary: £12,706.13-£13,672.94 pa pro-rata (£5,082.45 to £5469.17)
Shifts: 15 hours per week, Flexible shift patterns
Location: Catshill, Bromsgrove
We are looking for caring, innovative, flexible individuals with a good sense of humour and excellent communication skills to work with Learning Disability customers who range from mild to substantial needs and will need to be able to handle challenging behaviour. The roles will primarily be working with customers in a group setting however they will also need to provide support to those out in the community.
Your role as Support Worker is to ensure that the client receives help with domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning and managing their bills. You will also facilitate access to healthcare, liaise with external agencies and promote independence where appropriate whilst ensuring a safe and secure home environment.
You will need to be available for evenings and weekends in a 24/7 setting.

• Flexible to work on a rolling rota and within a team
