Learning Disabilities / Supported Living
Salary: £6.52 / £7.19 but dependant on experience
Hours: Flexible Hours / Shifts
Location: Newbiggin by the Sea, Northumberland
We are seeking supporters to work at one of the largest and most reputable supported living and residential services based in Northumberland. The service is made up of 28 self-contained purpose built bungalows with land and is home to adults with Autistic Spectrum conditions and challenging behaviour.
Our approach to support is person-centred with each person we support having a support team designed to complement their interests and needs.
Supporting a small number of individuals, you will take an active role in enhancing the life of the people we support by following detailed support plans and a personalised Pathway. You are also encouraged to promote further independence and explore new opportunities whilst ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
