Salary: £7.00 and £8.00 per hour

Location: Milton Keynes
We are seeking Supporters to join us at our Supported Living Services which support people across the Milton Keynes area. If you have previously worked within a similar environment or if you believe you have the life skills to complement our service, we would love to hear from you.
Our approach to support is person-centred with each person we support having a support team designed to complement their interests and needs.
Supporting a small number of individuals in their own houses across Milton Keynes, you will take an active role in enhancing the life of the people we support by following detailed support plans and a personalised Pathway. You are also encouraged to promote further independence and explore new opportunities whilst ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
- You will be required to work unsociable hours on a rota basis which will include evenings, sleep-ins, weekends and lone working and will participate in every aspect of support. There are full time and bank opportunities.
- You will also be expected to travel between houses during the day therefore the ability to be able to do this is essential.
- To promote our person centred approach, successful applicants will be matched with people to support who have similar interests, backgrounds or hobbies.
