I am currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Resourcer to join my client. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days in the office which is located in Thame.

Our client is a national charity that supports people with learning disabilities live as independently as possible across the UK.

As the Talent Acquisition Resourcer you will take the lead in attracting talent for their northern services, this includes Scotland, central England, and the East regions. You will implement & conduct recruitment campaigns, through a variety of activities to ensure they find the right people to join the teams.

You will join an overall team of 15 but will be one of two covering your particular territory. You will recruit for all roles required, but mainly frontline staff like Support Workers, etc.

The Role
As the Talent Acquisition Resourcer you will;

  • Manage all aspects of recruitment from creating campaigns through advertising and ultimately to hiring.
  • Keep all adverts, job boards, marketing materials up to date.
  • Maintain and update all recruitment databases and candidate files.
  • Achieve targeted recruitment figures.
  • Plan and maintain recruitment drives.
  • Arrange & attend job fairs & recruitment open days, liaising with Hiring Managers regarding
  • attendance of operations staff & people we support.
  • Arrange advertising material & merchandise for recruitment events
  • Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships

Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the Talent Acquisition Resourcer role you will;

  • Have previous recruitment experience, ideally within the social care sector, but not essential.
  • Have experience in preparing and managing successful recruitment campaigns.
  • Hold experience of recruiting for hard to fill vacancies.

You could be ideal for this role if you have worked as any of the following, In-House Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant (Agency or in-house), Recruiter, Recruitment Resourcer, Candidate Attraction Specialist, Talent Officer, Talent Specialist, etc.
