Team Co-Ordinator – Learning Disabilities
Supported Living Provider
Location: Edgware, North London
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for the Team Co-Ordinator to support clients with Learning and physical disabilities based in Edgware, North London.
You will be working within a small team managing a portfolio of clients and support workers providing support to service users with various conditions within a supported living environment.
There will be many varying duties that you would be required to undertake including:
• To participate as required in multi-disciplinary assessment of service users and subsequent planning of service user care
• Define special care needs and monitor and review
• Report to proprietor weekly activity levels for service users
• Participate in training
• Provide written reports on complaints, accidents and incidents
• Health and safety
• Review meetings
• Awareness of CQC minimum standards

They are firm believers in offering high quality care with well trained and experienced care professions. They have contacts with the local councils and are at the forefront of care in the areas they cover.
Experience in social and/or health care services is essential as is the experience of managing a team. Ideal candidates will have or be working towards an NVQ Level 3 in social care or extensive experience in the learning disabilities/physical disabilities management field.
This position would be ideal for a registered manager, care manager, community care manager, home care manager, senior carer co-ordinator, care coordinator, zone manager, field supervisor, care giver, senior carer, deputy manager or team leader.
