One of the UK’s leading independent professional services companies are currently looking to recruit a Team Coordinator at their London office. As an integral member of the Office Administration Team, you would be tasked with providing a high standard of administrative ad secretarial support to the Outsourcing Team, ensuring colleagues and clients alike receive a comprehensive and high quality service at all times.
Key responsibilities will include supporting Partners and Managers within the team, typing up of correspondence, both audio and copy, including reports, draft letters, presentations and proposals, plus taking, typing up and circulating minutes from internal meetings. You would assist in month end billing and fee preparation and processing as required, ensure the CRM is consistently up to date, field telephone enquiries and liaise with clients, deal with all incoming mail, as well as handle other ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when required by the team.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong academic background, and some experience within corporate environments (ideally professional services/accountancy) would be a big advantage. You must be able to demonstrate excellent client awareness and service including good telephone skills, be able to use your own initiative to accomplish tasks in a timely and efficient manner, plus be able to work cooperatively as part of a team, Excellent attention to detail as well as A results focused outlook and good typing and word processing skills will also be required.
You will be a courteous, enthusiastic and well organised individual with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Excellent IT ability will be required, with good knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
