I am looking for an established Team Leader who wants further progression, more responsibility and looking to join a charity that is well known throughout the Country.
My role offers the opportunity of support, recognition and joining an organisation that puts the values and needs of their service users at the forefront of their work.

Working within a home that caters for adults with mental health, needing rehabilitation; as the Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the service, ensuring the highest standard of care and support is being provided to the service users.

My client is looking for a driven, motivated Manager who has extensive knowledge of mental health.
The ideal candidate will also;

  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the CQC framework
  • Experience in writing reports, budget management, good written & verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead, delegate, motivate and support

Duties will vary and aren’t limited to just the above.
