37.5 hours based on a seven day rota
Are you an experienced and self-motivated Senior Support Worker or Team Leader looking to take your career to the next level?
Due to expansion, our client is looking for an ambitious and career focused individual, to join their busy and friendly team. This is an exciting time to join the company and for the successful candidate you will be rewarded with fantastic support and training as well as having the opportunity to progress your career as the company expand throughout Warwickshire.
Your main remit will be to manage, develop and support services across Warwickshire, ensuring a high level of care and support is provided at all times.
As the Team Leader it is essential that you have previously worked with, and supported adults with learning disabilities before. Our client is looking for enthusiastic individuals who are really keen to grow their career. Being commercially aware and having an understanding of how a business works would be advantageous.
Our client operates from day care centres and supported living services throughout the midlands, offering support to adults with learning disabilities, autism and the physically disabled. Our client has a 3 star rated service on the old CQC rating and is one of Worcestershire highest ranked services that comes with high recommendations. Furthermore our client has achieved the highest accolade within the REACH standard.
