I have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to oversee a supported living service in Halesowen.
As the Team Leader you will be responsible for the day to day running of the service, ensuring that quality care is delivered throughout and a productive workforce is in place.
The Team Leader will receive:
- A basic salary of circa £20,000 per year
- 28 days annual leave
- Full in house training
- Career progression
The Team Leader will be the “go to” person within the service, so it is important that this person is able to:
- Think on their feet
- Understand what is meant by quality assurance and how to achieve a high level of care within the service
- Submit CQC and safeguarding notifications
- Demonstrate previous experience of management Support Workers and Seniors in a similar setting.
Our client supports people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours in both residential homes and supported living services.
