Team Leader – Learning & Physical Disabilities
Respite and Residential Service
Salary: £22,543 – £25,000
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Leader to support clients with Learning and physical disabilities based in Brighton.
You will be working within a small team supporting clients with various conditions within a respite & residential setting.
There will be many varying duties that you would be required to undertake including:
– To participate as required in multi-disciplinary assessment of service users and subsequent planning of service user care
– Define special care needs and monitor and review
– Working with the management team to ensure CQC minimum standards are met
Experience in social and/or health care services is essential as is the experience of managing a team. Ideal candidates will have or be working towards an NVQ Level 3 in social care or extensive experience in the learning disabilities/physical disabilities management field.
