We’re looking for a talented Team Leader to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of supporting people with learning disabilities.

As the Team Leader you’ll report to the Service Delivery Lead to ensure that this service operates smoothly and effectively to meet the needs of the service users. The service users are living with learning and physical disabilities, and you will work closely with your team of skilled support staff to ensure that the service users are given high quality person centred care.
You will work in collaboration with health and social care professionals and family members to enable the service users to live fulfilling lives
In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:
– Managing staff rotas
– Recording incidents with a high level of accuracy
– Delegating various tasks to Support Workers
The ideal candidate for this Team Leader role will have relevant experience of supporting people with learning disabilities.
You’ll also need experience of being a supervisory member of staff in a Health and Social Care setting.
Plus, it’s vital that you’ve got experience of completing audits and compliance duties in a care setting.
In addition, you’ll need the following:
– A NVQ level 3 or above in Health and Social Care
– Outstanding communication skills
– A good understanding of CQC standards

Basic salary: is £11.30 per hour
