Team Leader (Support Living)

£18941 to £23299 plus bonus and benefits 39 hours per week plus sleep-in duties , overtime and on calls as directed
As a Team Leader you will be responsible for leading, directing, deploying & supporting teams of support workers. As the Team Leader you will be responsible for assisting provisions that cater for people with a wide range of learning disabilities and/or autistic spectrum conditions.
The main focus is to:
• Assess, implement and coordinate of all packages and rota’s
• All reports and audits are completed and kept up to date
• Show positive relations with the families and friends
• Audit and review care standards of the homes
Needs to be used to working within the supported living or domiciliary care sector and used to working within a fast paced industry. Experience of working with people who have learning disabilities and autism is an advantage and you must demonstrate strong leadership skills. You must be flexible to do sleep-ins, overtime and on calls as directed. You must have the NVQ Level 4 in health and social care or equivalent or willing to work to this qualification. The successful person must hold a full UK driving licence and have their own vehicle.
