Team Leader – Supported Living
Located in Shefford, South Bedfordshire
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Leader working in a supported living environment. Our client also specialises in domiciliary and outreach services.
This service covers, Stotfold, Bigglewade along with other surrounding areas. This service supports people with learning disabilities, complex needs, autism and challenging behaviour. This service is part of an organisation that covers 6 other county locations.
You will report to the Manager and ensure that the management of staff and liaison of service use is dealt with in a professional manner.
Other duties will involve:
• Undertaking service users assessments
• To ensure all staff rotas are scheduled correctly
• Helping to develop and increase levels of business
• To work with co-ordinators and field care supervisors to monitor the quality of service
You must have your NVQ Level 3 in health and social care and 12 months experience within a similar role, working with learning disabilities. You will need to be flexible to take part in the on call rota and if needed deliver occasional care.
