An opportunity has arisen to work as a Team Leader/Deputy Manager for a well-established supported living organisation for one of their services in the Harrogate area

The Role
The team leader will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the supported living service. My client is developing a number of new services within the Harrogate area focussing on people with learning disabilities including complex needs.

As a team leader your main responsibility will be to work as a team and help develop the service.

To ensure clients are in receipt of the correct benefits in the service
To ensure the team are working well together and organising the rotas
To ensure care plans and risk assessments are completed

The Candidate
They are looking a team leader who has experience in learning disabilities or mental health and ideally has NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
