Team Leader – Supported Living
£17,500 to £19,500
We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader based at a small provision in Nottingham, specialising in providing support to adults with learning disabilities in their own homes.
This is a challenging position where you will be working alongside a small staff team who deliver specialist care for service users with learning disabilities. The services are based in and around Nottingham and has a fantastic care team in place.
Working alongside the support team you will ensure that:
-The delivery of care is in line with the minimum standards set by CQC
-Staff supervisions & appraisals are regularly undertaken
-Referrals are managed successfully
-Staff rotas completed on a weekly basis
-Deliver hands on care where required
Qualified with a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social care, the right person will come from a similar setting, working with adults with learning disabilities before previously. As the Team Leader you will have some experience of working within a senior capacity overseeing a support team within a similar sector.
