Team Leader/Care Supervisor
£9.98 to £10.58 based on experience
28 hours a week (including 2 sleep-in)

The successful person will need to have experience at a Supervisor level working with the Elderly. They would need NVQ 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care with experience in managing a shift and available to do 2 sleep-in a week and be flexible to work a rota’d shift pattern.
* To ensure the shift runs efficiently
* Understanding of Care Plans in place
* Ensuring all audits and medication reports are up to date
* Experience in supervising staff
