Team Leader/Care Supervisor
£9.98 to £10.58 based on experience
28 hours a week (including 2 sleep-in)

Is to manage the individual care and support plans are implemented and maintaining these to the highest standard of care. To be able to develop relationships of the residents and their relatives through the communication network. To promote independent living of the residents.
The successful person will need to have experience at a Supervisor level working with the Elderly. They would need NVQ 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care with experience in managing a shift and available to do 2 sleep-in a week and be flexible to work a rota’d shift pattern.
* To ensure the shift runs efficiently
* Understanding of Care Plans in place
* Ensuring all audits and medication reports are up to date
* Experience in supervising staff
