We’re looking for a highly organised and skilled Technical Administrator to work for our client, a leading global IT channel services provider of customer driven tech solutions. This is a hybrid role, working from the company’s Nottingham office at least two days a week. Full training will be provided.

– Highly skilled administrator, ideally with some exposure to contracts/sales processing work
– Strong IT skills, with Excel proficiency essential (vlookup, xlookup, pivot tables etc)
– Well organised with good planning skills, able to prioritise own work in a busy environment
– Numerate and articulate, with a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
– Good interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner
The company manage spare parts inventories across server, storage and networking technologies and deliver complementing technical services to customers across 41 countries and to over 10,000 locations throughout Europe.
As Technical Administrator you would play a key role a spart of a small team, accurately processing contract additions, deletions, and changes as part of the Business Take-On function. You would manage the contracts database (Excel), updating the system as required, deal with client queries and work to ensure the smooth on-boarding of new customers.
A salary of £19,000 is on offer for the Technical Administrator position, plus a comprehensive benefits package which will be outlined at interview.
