Job Title : Technical Consultant
Location : Tamworth
Salary : £35,000 – £45,000
Our client is an innovative company at the cutting edge of their sector. You will be working with the sales teams in pe-sales activities such as software demonstrations and preparations of tenders. You will have to work to build and create relationships with different users.
You will spend part of the working week in the Tamworth office, for the rest of the week you will be working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Team in pre-sale activity such as software demonstrations & preparation of tenders
- Support the Customer Experience Manager’s with customer growth activity, such as software demonstrations & recommendations
- Support the creation and distribution of documented action plans to deliver tangible business benefit to customers
- Manage customer expectations & liaise with stakeholder groups to deliver positive change
- Update customer experience managers & sales managers with the latest product innovations & company news aligned to each client’s needs
- Being involved in Pre-Sales and Customer Development – Understanding the requirements of clients
Experience
- Proven relationship management capability
- Strong presentation skills
- Priorities accordingly and manage customer expectation
- Experience supporting project or new business activity as a technical lead, liaising with clients and Business Development Managers to demonstrate simple solutions to challenging business needs.
