We are looking for a Technical Manager to join a leading manufacturer of products used by the refractory sector.

The Role:
As the Technical Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating with the sales team to organise small and large scale trials to implement product ranges into the market.
  • Implementing, controlling and managing compliance with the quality management and manufacturing control systems and plans.
  • Handling customer complaints including taking responsibility for root cause analysis.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for our Technical Manager role should have:
  • Experience in the refractory sector.

The Role

  • Strong experience with VMWare vSphere virtualisation and SAN storage.

  • Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud technologies.
  • ITIL certification or a good understanding of ITIL principles (advantageous).
