The Role
An innovative manufacturer based in state of the art premises in Colchester is currently looking to recruit a Technical Sales Coordinator at their Colchester Head Office. You would be the first point of contact for all external and internal sales administration. Key responsibilities will include processing sales orders for the company’s innovative range of medical, pump, and print products , arranging transport for orders and ensuring delivery schedules are met , managing stock replenishment, plus dealing with both customer and consumer queries. You would also play a role in the generation of new business, preparing tenders and quotations as well as promoting new products to existing customers.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a good eye for detail, be numerate and comfortable working with and interpreting large volumes of data. You will be familiar with order processing and have experience of working with stock control and warehousing. You will be a flexible and reliable individual with a pro-active approach to carrying out work activities.

You must have a good general education; have experience of working with Microsoft packages, be able to follow written and verbal instructions, with excellent communication skills. You should be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and have a methodical and organised approach to work, both individually and as part of a team.
