Job Title: Technical Solutions Consultant – Salesforce

Location: Walsall

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000

A highly innovative, vibrant and well-known organisation based in an excellent location, are looking to recruit an experienced Solutions Consultant with Salesforce experience.

Working on a revolutionary billing product, you will be responsible for leading on solutions throughout the sales cycle and delivering leadership to companies to transform their customers experience.

This role demands a highly experienced and technically gifted Solutions Consultant with expert customer/client facing skills. You will be most comfortable when speaking at a technical level to clients and customers and you will have a wealth of experience with Salesforce solutions.

This role demands a real strategic thinker and someone who can understand and interpret customer requirements and business challenges. This role would suit either a Technical Consultant, a Presales Consultant, a Solutions Architect or similar – but one thing that is needed is strong Salesforce knowledge.

Working very closely with customers, you will act as the organisations trusted advisor while delivering and aiding the customers transformational journey. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to support the creation of solutions for prospects and customers.

Requirements

• Strong Salesforce solutions experience
• Gifted with excellent customer/client facing skills.
• Expert process mapping, solution requirement and business case experience
• Experience of leading teams of Business Analysts and/or Developers
